Course Prerequisites

All prerequisites must be met by compleated by mid-term of the class.

EMT COURSE:
 – Completion certificate of FEMA IS 100,700 & HAZMAT Awareness. (FEMA.GOV) – if the student is a fire fighter, they can provide their fire certs for these)
 – Valid Health Care Provider BLS CPR Certification. (BTA can assist you with this if not certified)
 – Health Record of the following Immunizations: 1. Tetanus (TDAP) 2. Negative TB Test
 – Ability to lift 150 lbs with the help of multiple people.
 – 18 years of age or older at the time of the final examination process (or adhere to the NH State approved process)
 
AEMT COURSE:

 – Full Background Check from NH State Police – https://www.nhsp.dos.nh.gov/our services/criminal-records/criminal-history-record-requests
 – Health Record of the following Immunizations: 1. Tetanus (TDAP) 2. Negative TB Test 3. MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) proof of vaccine 4. Varicella aka Chicken Pox proof of vaccine 5. Hep B proof of vaccine 6. Recent Flu Shot (If, In Season for certain clinical and ride sites)
 – Ability to lift 150 lbs with the help of multiple people.
 – Current EMT certification with the National Registry of EMS
 – 18 years of age or older at the time of the final examination process (or adhere to the NH State approved process) 

NCCP COURSE:
 – Online coursework required prior to starting in-person course. 
 – Registration required at least 2 weeks prior to course start date.
