Deb Boyll
Owner/Instructor
Deb is an experienced EMS Instructor, small business owner, and active community advocate with a passion for raising the bar in emergency medical education. Known for her high standards, sharp wit, and straightforward teaching style, she has spent years helping future EMS providers build strong clinical skills and real-world confidence. Her commitment to patient care and community service earned her the EMS Provider of the Year Award in 2018, a recognition that reflects both her dedication and her impact. When she’s not teaching or running her business, Deb enjoys spending time with her husband, grown children, and grandkids. She loves camping, fishing, and getting outdoors whenever life gives her a minute to breathe.
Brian Rousseau
Instructor
Brian Rousseau is a dedicated Advanced Emergency Medical Technician (AEMT) and Firefighter with Deering Fire Rescue, bringing over a decade of experience delivering life-saving care and calm leadership in high-pressure situations. His certifications include Advanced EMT, Firefighter I & II, EMS Instructor, and Wilderness EMT, reflecting a versatile skill set for both urban and remote response. Known for his ability to lead under pressure, train new responders, and provide compassionate care, Brian is deeply committed to serving his community. In addition to his emergency services work, Brian is a Senior PPM Consultant at Deltek, specializing in project portfolio management and enterprise software systems. His career spans healthcare, engineering, education, and IT, but his passion remains rooted in helping others. He is also a PSIA Level II Adaptive Ski Instructor, promoting inclusive outdoor education, and a recipient of the Deltek President’s Club and Champion awards. Brian holds degrees in Information Technology and Electrical Technologies and exemplifies service, leadership, and resilience in every role he takes on.
Michael Hutchinson
Instructor
Michael Hutchinson, BA, serves as a paramedic in New Hampshire and Assistant Chief of Wilton Ambulance Service. He previously owned FireMed, where his students achieved a pass rate of more than 90% for over ten years. An AHA instructor with multiple awards and publications, he remains committed to mentoring the next generation of providers, continuing to tutor all EMS students for free, regardless of their program, to help them grow in skill and confidence.
Danielle Gardiner

Danielle Gardiner, FP-C, serves as Chief of Wilton Ambulance Service in New Hampshire. A practicing paramedic, AHA instructor, and certified Instructor Coordinator for the state, she is committed to advancing EMS through clinical excellence and forward-looking initiatives. She is equally dedicated to shaping a healthier EMS culture built on professionalism, respect, and growth, and brings that energy and commitment into every classroom.
